Shipping and handling is calculated during Checkout and is based on your location.
We ship internationally to most countries.
Please note: Any customs-related charges, tariffs, or other fees presented during delivery are the customer's responsibility.
All orders placed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9.00am-4.00pm, excluding holidays) will be shipped within 1 (one) business days. Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be shipped within the next 2 (two) business days.
30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The Sam Inc. Trading Company offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items in store. Please contact us within the 30-day time period at service@saminc.ca, with your name and invoice number if you are unhappy with your order. A full refund will be given, minus shipping costs, and a $10 restocking fee may be charged.
Sam Inc. reserves the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within the 30-day return and exchange period (30 days from original ship date). Replacements are shipped via Regular Canada Post Ground Shipping; however other shipping methods are available at an extra cost. Please contact us at service@saminc.ca, with your name and invoice number if an exchange is needed. Sam Inc. is not responsible for any damages during shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If for any reason, you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@saminc.ca as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it for you right away. If your order has already shipped, we will accept a return under the terms outlined above.
