The Sam Inc. Trading Company was opened in 2007 by a geocacher in the lower mainland of BC. Since then, we have become an Authorized Groundspeak Distributor (of official Geocaching.com gear) and an Official Retailer of Canadian Cacher Gear by Landsharkz. I go by the name of cookidoe in the geocaching world. I opened the store because I realized people like me needed a simple and easy way to get their hands on the gear that is so important to the game of geocaching, and that is what the Sam Inc. Trading Company provides, and I also needed a way to help pay my way through university. We are comitted to providing our customers with superb customer service and fair prices for great products. Geocaching is a high-tech outdoor adventure using a GPS receiver to find caches (treasure). Caches are found in fabulous locations all over the globe and listed at a free, easy to use site: www.geocaching.com Enter the coordinates into your GPS and get ready to explore little known parks and great locations. The cache will contain a Log Book where you can record your find. There are often trinkets that you can trade for. Then you simply hide it again for the next seeker. Head back to the website and log that you found it ! Geocachers are careful to protect the environment when finding and re-hiding caches.
